Dear Players, In light of recent developments regarding [Isekai Saga: Awaken]'s management decisions - including but not limited to: 1. The controversial SP+ pity system reset mechanism 2. Disappearance of April Fools' event rewards 3. Unilateral adjustments to monetized packages that disrupt value expectations I feel compelled to share this perspective: If you genuinely enjoy this game, consider enjoying it **as a free player**. Particularly to our whale companions - while financial capacity isn't your constraint, continued support for such predatory monetization models actively incentivizes publishers to: - Prioritize user acquisition marketing over game quality improvement - Recycle anti-consumer tactics across the industry - Gradually erode standards for ethical game design By refusing to fuel these practices, we collectively: ✓ Preserve market space for developers who respect players ✓ Encourage investment in substantial content rather than psychological monetization ✓ Protect future generations from normalized exploitation frameworks To new players discovering this title: Exercise extreme caution. Many modern games prioritize monetization pipelines over player experience. Your attention and engagement deserve better destinations. Our collective restraint today directly shapes what games will exist tomorrow. The choice is ours. In solidarity, [A Concerned Player]
I’ve played the game since launch and can say it isn’t worth your time and more importantly your $ SUPER pay to win, with no story, just a bunch of different little games to give you rewards and try to squeeze a couple $ from you here and there. The “leaderboards” are full of people who spend hundreds or even thousands of $ on this game for some reason. Lastly, they recently had an event where the leaderboard was displaying wrong and it said I was in 1st place. When the reward was given I got the reward for 50th, I contacted customer service and they said I received the “proper” reward. I told them I wanted the 1st place reward and it wasn’t my fault that it displayed wrong. They said “we are unable to offer a first place reward” They are “able” give everyone the 1st place reward, they are just unwilling to do so for digital goods that cost nothing.
The game just came out and as most games they wont automatically be perfect. There’s some misspellings, a few bugs here and there but other than that the games quite fun. I do think it could also be a little more F2p friendly. I don’t normally spend on idle games, but i dropped about $40 more or less so far and I’m top 5 in my server. (In my opinion it was worth for me as I do enjoy the game.) Of course being an idle game it’s going to get harder in the long run, but I plan on continuing my play. Well done and hopefully they consider other peoples inputs ^^
