As someone who juggles lecture notes, meeting minutes, and personal journals, NoteGen has revolutionized how I capture and recall information. After 2 months of use, I'm convinced this is the future of note-taking.

This is way too expensive. I am aware it is my mistake for mixing up the date the free trial ends, but I have reached out to customer service multiple times and have yet to hear back. As a college student, this is extremely unaffordable and although it may be useful, it is not worth the money. I asked for money back and have not heard from anyone. Hope you don’t need to contact customer service for anything because you won’t hear from them!
