Firstly, I would like to emphasize that this app has been very helpful and adds a lot of convenience. However, it needs to be optimized for newer devices — let alone the iPhone X and XS Max, it is not even optimized for iPhone 7 and 7 Plus screen sizes. A better, more fluid UI is also very much needed.

Both my wife and I are having the same issue with the app when we are abroad. We have the latest version of the app but everytime we are abroad and try to use the app it request us to update. When we hit update it goes back to open and when you hit open it bring you back to the update page. We are stuck in this loop forever. The funny part is once we are back in Mauritius, we can use the app without any issue and we don’t have to update it.
