I was skeptical at first and was not sure it would work but I actually lost 20 pounds by using it every single day for 1 month. Highly recommend it! Can’t live without it now lol
They make you give them a rating before you even start using it, that’s probably why they have such a thigh rating. They don’t let you personalize your macro goals, the idea of the scanner is great but I thought with it being AI there would be some sort of memory of foods commonly eaten or dietary restrictions but I need to correct it on the most simple things every time I log, it’s the least they could do for a paid subscription. Waste of money until they allow you to choose your macros based on percentage and add memory into the food logging system.
