This app is full of problems. The online ordering part only has a small handful of items to order and I know that Piccadilly offers way more items than that. What a terrible misrepresentation of the smorgasbord of options that Piccadilly serves. This app in its current state does nothing whatsoever to promote business, in fact, it frustrates the consumer with the technical problems it has in addition to the very incomplete menu. I’d be more than happy to come into the office in Baton Rouge and show senior management what the problems are and what needs to be fixed. Further, as a former employee of the original Piccadilly company, I know very well the spirit of the once very successful business as designed by Tandy H. Hamilton, and, clearly, the current upper management team does not understand or embrace any of it which is required for the further success of Piccadilly. Please contact me.

I love using the Piccadilly Cafeterias app! It makes ordering food so quick and easy. The interface is simple to navigate, and everything from selecting meals to checkout is seamless. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a hassle-free dining experience!
