Finding a focus time tracker that doesn’t use Pomodoro has been difficult. The Flowmordr app is the first to be developed for the Flowmodoro method, which is geared toward deep work. Flowmodoro is ideal for knowledge workers, students, and anyone looking to get meaningful work done.

Flowmo — Flow State Pomodoro Timer
The traditional Pomodoro Technique involves fixed work periods of 25 minutes followed by 5-minute breaks. However, this often results in either finishing tasks early or being forced to interrupt your flow state. Flowmo solves this problem by adopting a mechanism of working for x minutes followed by a break of x/5 minutes.
