My watch doesn’t recognize my phone

This watch DOES NOT work the way it was advertised! I’ve done everything I should and I get no calls, texts or any notifications through the watch. It also has a battery life of about 3 hours, but I don’t understand how when it isn’t being used for anything else because the other functions don’t work. The customer service is horrible! I emailed them twice last week and still haven’t received a reply. False advertisement because it doesn’t work!

Please add more wallpapers to the application, and it is better for the wallpapers to have the battery charge level, and its calculation must be good and accurate. Thank you.
