I use this to keep track of my movements I have constapiason a lot I think it’s better to keep it and no money for the tiggers

I’ve been using Ease for a few weeks now and I’m impressed by the simplicity and effectiveness of the app. Intuitive interface and not littered with unnecessary features so I can easily log my bowel movements in a matter of seconds. It’s been especially helpful to spot patterns and I especially enjoy having the notes section to write down specific information. Design feels like it’s a native IOS app!

This app makes it easy to log your movements, track your trends, and provides healthful insights to help you better understand what may contribute to certain movement types and patterns. The ability to leave notes, and even photos, aids in having discussions with healthcare providers when needed.
