The status is out of sync; after being charged, there's no order, making it impossible to determine success. This happens frequently, and I've been repeatedly bothered by it, already incurring fines of several hundred dirhams.

Please Allow non UAE phone numbers and tourists to create account and pay for parking spaces with either Email alone or allow Non UAE phone numbers to register. Currently non UAE phone numbers can not get past the OTP registration because the sms requires a UAE phone number to finalize.
