Went before it was famous. Food was perfect but they have to change up the prices. My friends got fries, 3-4 tenders, 5 sauces, and a drink for 9$ while I got 1 chicken tender and a little sandwich for 10$.

For an app to order food, this is severely lacking in options. 1. You can’t really customize your order (can’t remove or add ingredients on sammies). 2. You can’t make a profile (can’t save payment type). 3. If you close the order tracker it is gone forever. 4. The tracker doesn’t seem to work, and does not provide an accurate time your order is ready (mine was ready an hour late). 5. Not linked to your KFC account (rewards?). 6. No links for help or support. You would think a large company that is already in the fast food industry would be able to put out a better app for a new concept restaurant.

This app is very hard to use. It has several issues. 1. Once you order, you cannot look up current or past orders. 2. It does not have a login to save your information. It has favorite food, but does not remember it. 3. Hard to order food, with too many ways to see food. 4. Does not connect to Apple Pay, google pay or PayPal.
