First and foremost, I want to make it clear I am writing in hopes of see change and or improvement. There is nothing wrong with the UI, because it is very efficient to use. The only issue is coming to terms with the point system design. For every dollar spent, 10 points will be received. The only option to redeem the points is by gaining 1000 in order to collect a drink 50% off. In other words, spend $100 within 6 months before the collected points expire to claim your reward. This app does not offer other options to redeem points earlier as well; making it very inconvenient if you aren’t a consistent consumer on the cusp of loosing the entirety of points you did build up.
