I bought this ring specifically for the AI food tracking, but more times than not it gives wildly inaccurate data. It entered the calories for an entire stick of butter instead of the teaspoon I told it I used. My sleep data is wrong on a daily basis since it puts my bedtime 3 hours after I’ve actually gone to sleep. The step count is more than double my Apple Watch. The ring won’t hold a charge. I have left the ring on the charger overnight, put it on the next morning and gone about my day. When I went to check the data that evening, nothing because the ring was dead the whole time. This happened so many times I gave up a month later and don’t even bother trying anymore. Save yourself the hassle and get a real health ring.
If you’re someone who drives over the road and doesn’t have a sleep schedule. Or are put in a situation where you have to sleep through the day this ring isn’t for you. The ring thinks you’re not wearing it if you sleep through the day. It only records your sleeping at night. I hope this is fixed soon.
Interesting enough, the ring does show up on android, but I am unable to see it on iOS 18.6.1 on a 15promax.
