The Impaq/Optimi registration and book access process was like pulling teeth—an absolute nightmare from start to finish. This was, without exaggeration, one of the most unuser-friendly experiences I’ve ever had. First, their email communication and Q&A sections are riddled with vague instructions, broken links, and missing learner details. Following the steps provided gets you nowhere. You check system specs, download the required apps, and yet, nothing recognizes you. When you log a support ticket, you receive the same generic, unhelpful responses that repeat the unclear instructions without resolving anything. The best advice? Call the call center—because somehow, miraculously, everything is suddenly fixable… but only after they make you jump through all the same useless hoops you’ve already tried multiple times. To make matters worse, the support team subtly shifts the blame onto the user, implying that the issues stem from misunderstanding rather than flaws in their system. Any attempt to seek clarity is met with dismissive and condescending responses, leaving you feeling frustrated and unheard. To top it all off, all books are not opening on the app. If Impaq/Optimi wants to improve, they need to completely overhaul their user experience, fix their communication issues, and train their support team to provide real solutions—without the condescension.
This app crashes as soon as you try open a pdf. That’s if it even opens. It has made learning close to impossible. Have tried with more than one device to no avail. They need to get a new developer, don’t waste your time with this app
This app does not allow you to switch between users like MiEbooks. You have to log out and in continously. The books do not download and some of the larger books don't even open or it takes a very long time to open. We have timed it. We have two students and all of the books and facilitator guides are mixed together even on the OLP. Please revert back to MiEbooks as this app is a waste of time and energy.
