I’ve been using ynet English, before global, which is very good, until about 2 yrs ago. Pages crashed, lost articles. Thinking that if I used ynet global, I wouldnt have the crashes, nor losing articles….. well same problems. Where ynet English used to have a 4 star, this global has a 1/2 star or 1 star. Actually speaking ynet should be as good as the Hebrew, if not better…. So when will yediot achronot improve ynet?
Ads on nearly every page, including ones that just randomly show an ad over the entire app. Once I couldn’t even close the ad and had to restart the app. Until this app provides a way to pay to remove all the ads, I’m not using this app
This app is about ad sales, not news. When you can finally click on a news story, you can barely read it without setting off an ad that takes you to a different screen you can’t return from. Even if you manage to get through a whole story, you cannot go back to the previous page; you have to exit the app and reopen it. It’s tacky and offensive at a time when news out of Israel is so crucial.
