Aigentless

Thanks to this app, my apartment building offered a self-guided tour that I happily took advantage of in order to show my friends and family what my new home had to offer. The instructions were easy to follow and overall went very smoothly. There was a small bump in the road, only due to the apartment building, but I was able to chat with someone immediately to resolve the problem. I will definitely look into doing this again!

I am out of state and was looking for apartment options with very little luck and trouble and confusion with using realtors. Then I stumbled across Aigentless and the building I was interested in touring, and it make it super easy. I talked with Zoe, who was SO responsive and quick. She was super helpful and made the entire process seamless, answered all questions I had, sent previous videos of the units, etc. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to make their touring experience and conversations about a unit easier!!

This app is an absolute game changer for tenant brokers. In a busy market it’s already hard enough to book appointments at apartment buildings that have to be during business hours and work for the landlord’s agent schedule. With this app I was able to tour buildings with my clients any day/time and even with short notice. They have model units for easy access. The app’s Ai perfectly walks you through building amenities and answers any questions your client may have. A live agent also greet’s you via text right before showing to answer any questions the Ai can’t! My only request would be that more buildings have this as it makes showings so much easier and go so smoothly!
