Started using last week and already see a huge difference in how I feel. Simple, clean, and clear user experience. I automatically feel calm and at ease when I open the app due to the beautiful blue colors used throughout. Love that instructions were given on how to record your affirmations and sample meditations were given as well. Telling everyone I know about this amazing app.

This app is so intuitive!! A game changer to be able to create and customize my own meditations. I can feel my negative narratives shifting in real time! Definitely an app you should have on hand if you’re looking to have a better life experience.
