Plai Ai Story Creator

For some reason, I offloaded this app because I wasn’t really using it, but i downloaded it again and it doesn’t work? Like, everything is just white and I waited an hour for it to load but it never did. It works on my brothers phone so maybe it’s just mine?

This app is terrible. Difficult to set up. It randomly stops working. Stories I already generated disappear from the app. I get errors when trying to generate new stories. At this point, we can’t use the bear at all since our stories have disappeared and we can’t create new ones. Reached out to support twice with no response. Save your money!

My son received the bear for Christmas, set up went smoothly, was working with no mention of tokens. It even worked for him to listen to downloaded stories without my phone, which he really enjoyed in bed for a couple of days. Then turned on bear and said it needed update, suddenly it needs tokens to create a story and the playing of downloaded stories no longer works! I’ve tried everything except uninstalling the app because I know that it will cost tokens to create additional stories so I don’t want to lose the ones we have already. There also appears to be no way to purchase additional tokens. My son loves the bear- I would love help from developer to get the functionality back of listening to downloaded stories.
