The whole thing is fantastic but you have a limited amount of tokens to make stories and no way to get more. Would have been a great revenue stream if they had figured that out.

I've tried the factory reset option in the app but that doesn't work. I placed new batteries in but my bear will not connect to Bluetooth! There is a brief "your bear requires a software update" button but it NEVER updates. It just fishes and goes away.

Bear and app used to work. New app does not work with previously connected bear. The only way I can get the bear to connect to the phone is to go to Bluetooth on the phone, attempt pairing, switch Poe on and press Bluetooth ear within 0.5 seconds of switching on. Bluetooth connects to phone, but app cannot recognize best.
