Great rate, always good prices with great service and great coverage

I have been with Simyo since the company started. Before, I tried Yoigo, Vodafone and Movistar, 25 years total as a mobile phone user. Simyo was the best choice to keep my number while I was living overseas and only using it during holidays in Spain. Now that I am back living here, I am sticking with them. Their frequent gifts are highly appreciated and their customer service is awesome. About the app in particular, from the moment it was made it has worked great, providing a very similar experience to the website and making the management of the account a breeze. Just a click and I can switch my contract to my current needs or add extras on the go. I have had it in at least 5 different phones through the years and never had an issue! Highly recommend!!

Used the app all last year with no problems. Stopped using it for 2-3 months and then it wouldn’t let me sign in, says the account doesn’t exist and stays on loading. App is useless now
