I downloaded both apps and purchased the t-usual card. Would not work at station. Got help and was told it will not work on US iPhones. Must have a Spain Apple account to work. Will call for refund or charge back. Very frustrating and cost me a lot of time. DO NOT USE!! Just buy a regular card.

I couldn’t get the app to work, but the TMB team on Facebook messenger helped me figure it out. Turns out I had downloaded the e-wallet app using my USA App Store account, and the app needs to be downloaded from the Spain region App Store in order to work properly. It works now!

I paid in the app and it doesn’t even work. Amazing that there are three separate apps and none of them work. Utter incompetence. Literally the only thing they should have done is offered it through Apple Wallet. That’s it.
