The time tracking is inconsistent especially if you’re logging time from your PC and mobile. The app doesn’t sync well at all.
Expenses- once a report is rejected, it can only be edited from a browser (mobile or PC). However, once updated, the mobile browser format is terrible and you’ll need to go to a PC to submit the updated report.
If you try to update a rejected report from the mobile app, an error that the report is “locked” will prevent you from updating anything.

We started using this so staff would have the option of filling out time sheets in the field on their mobile device. It’s like the development team put no effort into the app. Administrator updates to project codes consistently do not push through to the app. The only solution is to uninstall and reinstall the app. It’s incredibly inconvenient. Lots of details are missed: the keyboard covers options in pull down menus, notifications from Administrator are not shown in app, and you can’t correct submitted time sheets. Do not choose this software solution for payroll and time tracking if you need a reliable option for mobile users.

1. From the mobile app, there is no way to verify whether your time sheet has been submitted. It would be nice if it had this feature.
2. When submitting a time sheet, blue dots will appear next to records which require an explanation. If you click them to add the explanation, the keyboard pops up, and the save button disappears making it impossible to add the explanation. At this point, user has to close the app, start over and hope it works.
