This app allows me to add my whole family under one profile. So refilling my medication and all my kid’s medications are so easy!!! It also gives me the option to select auto refill on which ever medications I need refilled monthly, just in case I forget to refill it in time. I can also select what time and day I want to pick up our meds, without having to make a phone call and disturb the people in the pharmacy. I would give it more than 5 stars 🌟 if I had the option!!!⭐️ Of all the apps I have, this one is the most convenient!!! Especially if your like me and have children on multiple different allergy/asthma medications. Also if Your like my self an have a very low immune system and catch every thing that goes around. Also it helps to me to be able to keep track of what medications I myself, and my daughter has taken in the past. We have several allergies to medications and this app helps me to see what all we have actually taken, without having to keep up with it by writing it down some where! Highly recommend!!!

I recently switched all my meds over to Food City Pharmacy because after checking around, I found that their prices were best on every medication. I was skeptical that their services would rival those of chain drugstores. However I’ve found Food City Pharmacy to be fast, reliable, low cost, and the pharmacists and pharmacy techs extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The app works seamlessly for ordering and checking the status of my medication orders in progress. So far absolutely zero complaints!

I don't get alerts concerning anything involving prescriptions. No notifications when new prescriptions have been submitted and too soon to refill, when they've been submitted and are in process if filling, filled and ready to pick up, etc. The app also doesn't separate which medications still have refills and which medications have last beed filled in the past, but have zero refills. I switched from CVS to this because before I downloaded the app, I was getting alerts via text messages. However, since I downloaded the app I have stopped getting any notifications of anything involving prescriptions and I have no idea of the cost. Zero information about prescriptions. It also doesn't provide an option to update new insurance RX. I switched from another pharmacy to this pharmacy to avoid this problem because their app was terrible and they switched from being able talk to someone in the pharmacy to leaving voicemail. Some prescriptions won't have the same prescription number because they're "controlled" so you can't dial in the number on the bottle. It needs a lot of work.
