This app does not work without Wi-Fi on my and my boyfriend's iPhone. Please fix

Have this app for the cameras at my business can’t look for more than a few minutes and it tells me the network disconnect. Makes it difficult to review footage when you can’t stay connected. Would be great if this issue could be resolved. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall the app.

This app started to crash now. I have 5 different sites on this app and all of them started to crash now. Please fix this issue. This app is installed on iPhone 6Plus.
