Authenticator App: 2FA MFA OTP

The "Contact Us" feature is a great addition! It allows users to easily reach the customer support team and report any issues they encounter with the mobile app. I can select the category of my issue and provide a detailed description, making it simple for the support team to understand and address my concerns. This enhancement really improves cọmmunication and makes it much easier to get help when needed. It’s reassuring to know that support is just a click away!

Previously, it was frustrating not being able to see any approved or disapproved time-off, availability, or swap shift requests after a few days. With the new functionality, I can now view all my requests easily! The app organizes time-off requests into two tabs: "Due Time Off" for current and future requests and "Past Time Off" for cọmpleted requests from previous weeks. This makes managing my schedule so much easier!

So, here I’ve been stuck for two hours trying to recover my old email account, and it's been a total nightmare. They got my info wrong, including my birthday! After they pushed me from one service to another, I should’ve just added two-factor authentication from the start. It would’ve saved me all this trouble. With 2FA, I’d have my account secured and back in no time, no need to worry about constant changes or losing access again. Honestly, nothing beats having that peace of mind click and paste the otp tokens!
