You start with a test to determine which level of workouts you should choose. It has detailed reference videos on how to perform the exercises, tracks your rest periods, and provides a lot of useful information. I am very happy with it and I highly recommend it.

Es una app muy buena tanto para principiantes intermedios y avanzados, te facilita mucho la planificación de tus semanas de entreno y lo mejor es que de acuerdo a tu JAPP level te va adaptando cada vez más entrenos más duros progresivamente, tiene entrenos y progresiones también si quieres aprender front level, plancha , handstand y otras skills muy recomendada es como tener un personal training a la mano, además tienes contacto directo con la comunidad que es un plus muy importante.
