HELP PLEASE Tried the support link but seems to require dealer login. The app hasn’t worked for days. It will NOT OPEN. I can only get in by uninstalling and reinstalling the app and logging in again. I can’t just leave it open in the background because it goes dormant and again won’t open unless I uninstall then reinstall. THANKS valasel iPhone 14+ iOS 26.3

No consistency between the thermostat unit & app. It would be nice if you had a temporary hold & a permanent hold option. And what kind of thermostat app doesn’t allow you to create or modify the schedule through the app itself. There’s honestly no point to even have an app with this unit. And the plate around the unit itself is gawd awful. No reason for it to be so big. The entire thing is an eyesore. Not everyone’s unit is in a discreet area (like mine) and this thing just screams.

This is going to be so helpful in the summer, when I’m at work and the family is at home racking up my energy bill in the AC! I can control the ac from work from my phone, what?! if you don’t have this, get one asap
