Carer's Notebook

I'm new to Carer's Notebook, and I love the concept, thank you. I'm surprised there isn't a 'notes' option for each entry - for example, I'd like to let collaborators know that while my mum's GP address is one street, the car park entrance is from a different one. Or that while a certain provider's title is 'practice nurse', this particular nurse is very experienced and helpful with practical details of dementia care. I imagine a notes section would be useful for every different kind of information. Is that something you could add to the app?

We really like the ability to invite a collaborator so we can have more than one person responsible for our child’s needs. Allows us as new, busy parents to stay on top of our child’s needs and requirements. Easy to use, and very much appreciate the helpful hints on the socials.

This App is fantastic, helps us manage a number of different appointments and medications for our kids. Felt like we were always a step behind before, forgetting referrals or not following up on work between appointments or just being completely unprepared for important appointments that that can take months to get into. This app ensures we are one step ahead makes communication between collaborators seamless, helps collate referrals and schedule medications and follow up work.
