Every time I try to log on it says I’m not allowed to log into mobile?? Meanwhile I have no issues logging into their website. The customer service people will refer you to the bank and the bank will refer you to customer service….lol.
I’ve spent so much time trying to contact support about the app, but the website support team won’t help. The app and the website aren’t connected, so you have to create a separate account—but that’s not even the worst part. The website won’t load at all.
I have tried many times to enroll but whenever I enter the card number and click to continue, the app “loads” endlessly. Like, for ten straight minutes before I give up. Their website gives me the same issue EVERY TIME. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app, I have tried to update, I have done everything I can think to do. Do yourself a favor and get a credit card with a different app and website tied to it. I run into constant issues with this one.
