I am an end user how can i get the letter of conformity from MOIAT ?? Which is only for Manufactors ! And what is the date of submission?? When it was under GCAA it was much better , easier and no payments required for Hobbyists ! Now i cant register / use my drones cause of those limitations. A good explanation would be appreciated
