So I want to like this app. I really really do. It has the potential to be an absolute game changer. I created a cruise and booked it for sole clients then invited them to the app. Since the rooms were already created they were unable to “join” the room and I had to start all over and recreate their entire room and re upload all the documents. And guess what? Once a room is created you can’t modify it at all or even delete it. You have to start all the way over from scratch and set up the entire cruise all over again. I also made a goofy and uploaded the wrong invoice to a room. Per support there is no way to remove it and I can’t replace it either. Their solution ? Redo the entire cruise all over again and re invite everyone and basically do it all again from scratch. Until these issues are fixed and you can make changes to a booked room, I won’t be using or sending it to clients

This app with the new share link is so great for allowing potential clients to start their browsing of cruise options. It allows the agent to see what interest and activities the client is taking without having to keep follow up to see where they are in the decision or search process!

I love how well this app is laid out. Everything is so seamless when selecting where I want to travel all the way to room selection. The best feature though is I can communicate in app with any friends or family I invite to travel with me. I can also speak with my travel advisor anytime. This makes booking a cruise less hectic and causes less stress. Great app!!!
