I’m currently searching for a new home to rent and this wallet makes it so easy to share bank and income info with landlords and property managers. Last time I was in the market I applied for 5 places before I landed one. I had to manually pull all info from multiple portals and then send or upload each time. I’m going through the mortgage prequal letter process now and it was so annoying until I found this app. I connected all my accounts and it automatically generates the documents I need to share the with the loan officer. Typically the bank wants me to email my statements, and this packages them all up in a zip I can just attach. I actually went to a few banks at the same time to shop rates bc it is so easy.

I have been waiting for SO long to finally have a way to consolidate all my financial info together across the dozen different accounts I have because I have to provide it lenders constantly for my different properties!! THIS IS IT! Now I have my accounts hooked up across banks, credit cards, E*Trade, crypto, payroll and even tax (although tax I still have to upload the returns) and I can share all the required documents in one click. Amazing! Plus, all the info is always updated so it’s just set it and forget it in terms of effort. Love the seed phrase piece too…I don’t want anyone seeing my stuff unless I allow it.
