This app is awful. Between constantly—and I mean every single time you open it—asking you to turn on notifications, to always needing to “reload,” I can’t think of a worse app experience. (The reason I turned off notifications is because I don’t want them on, so stop asking!) The user interface is buggy and seemingly simple things like canceling a single day are hard to do if you’ve booked several days in one go. The only reason I use this app is because I have to. There have got to be better ones out there to do the things this one can barely do at all.

We just started using Yarooms and the mobile app has been a lifesaver. Super easy to book desks and meeting rooms and it’s made coordinating with the team much smoother. It’s simple to use and works with our calendars, so there’s no double-bookings anymore, which had previously been such a hassle. The implementation process was quick and painless too. I love how the app generates the data that the platform turns into actually usable insights. It’s really helped us make smarter decisions about layout and capacity, and ultimately the folks using it day in and day out appreciate its simplicity. Highly recommend.
