This app is dumb and pointless. You can get local public records of property by going to your appraiser’s website/ homepage. In your county. This thing makes you pay 70 something dollars for an app that doesn’t even have updated information. I don’t know how they do it but the whole app is a waste of time/ money. I thought I would be able to ALOT more than that for 70$. Because public information is free. 100% a scam. Just use landslide. It’s a MUCH BETTER APP. That has updated features. Instead of information from 10 years ago

Personally, I have been searching for homes in a new state, I’m looking for property with at least 5 acres of land. It’s hard to truly understand a property without being there in person. However LandApp makes it so easy to understand a property 99% without needing to be in person. The property risk scores definitely have influenced whether or not I even schedule a visit with a realtor. Hidden property contamination information is not hidden anymore which has led to better due diligence on my part! Understanding potential risks have made searching for property so much easier. Also the soil data is unlike any other app I have used! I’m interested in homesteading and understanding the soil quality is super important to building and crop plot locations. It’s safe to say I will never go back to other apps for property data.
