FMX Work List

The app works,lets you enter/respond easily to tickets. However, you can’t pen or view attachments. Seems like a pretty basic shortcoming.

FINALLY! An FMX app!!! It’s really helpful for the techs in the field. I’m looking forward to future improvements. If FMX is on this as much as the website then it’s going to be a real game changer.

This app (specifically the app) is terrible for an enterprise solution. You have to enter your Google credentials every single time you want to view a new work order AND if your company or district uses MFA (multi-factor authentication), which is REQUIRED for Google and most other companies, you HAVE to authenticate EVER. SINGLE. TIME. Even if you select “remember this device”. FMX is a good platform, but I hate the app. If you save a bookmark to your home screen, you will be muuuch happier. The app doesn’t even have a “real UI”. It is essentially a pop-up browser window in a UI facade. When you access via Google SSO (single sign on), it pops up a browser authentication window and doesn’t actually have a dedicated app UI. You’ll see what I mean when you use it. Again, save yourself some time and frustration by saving a bookmark to your home screen from your favorite browser. It works better without the hassle and will save storage space on your device.
