Music Finder: Song Identifier

Took a few tries but they got it right. So glad. But won’t let you log out . Dumb

I misunderstood the trial period. I thought the price was what it would start at after the trial, but no. I used it for one minute. It failed to identify the song I was listening to. I’m guessing they’re charging for the trial because too many people try it and delete almost immediately. I downloaded three other apps at the same time as this one to try the same thing and they all offered a real “free trial”. This was an expensive lesson and nothing to show, but frustration with their unusual practice.

I signed up for the free trial just to find a song that’s been stuck in my head for years. It was already strange that they charge just to use the account in the first place. I couldn’t even find the song, so I canceled the FREE week-long subscription within two hours of signing up. Somehow, I was still charged $5.99 the very next day and for what exactly? I don’t know! I tried requesting a refund and explained the situation, but it was denied. I wouldn’t recommend this app. It feels useless, and it seems like they’ll just take your money.
