A company that only thinks of itself. I subscribed to the 24-hour branch, and they changed the hours one week later — without any prior notice. I sent two messages with my contact info and received no response, not even an acknowledgment. This is unprofessional and disrespectful to the customer. May every riyal I paid be a witness to the lack of accountability. شركة لا تفكر إلا في نفسها. اشتركتُ في فرع ٢٤ ساعة، فغيّروا ساعات العمل بعد أسبوع - دون سابق إنذار. أرسلتُ رسالتين بمعلومات الاتصال وما وصلني أي رد، ولا حتى إشعارًا بالاستلام. هذا تصرف غير مهنيّ وغير محترم للعميل مهما كانت الشكوى. فليكن كل ريال دفعته شاهدًا على افعالهم
