It has great potential. However it’s currently more of a headache than it’s worth. Its takes the pictures but randomly sends them. It’s not a poor signal issue. It’s a App issue. Never had these issues with Soutek. Love this company and the guys behind it. But the lack of communication about the problems is disappointing. Part 2. App is getting much better. I’m getting all my photos and the cost is 60% cheaper than SCOUTEK. We just need some more information on how best to use this new app. Currently having zero issues.

Don’t waste your money on moving over to this app until the bugs are fixed. They pushed it out to get people to switch before hunting season and they really dropped the ball. This app and customer support is a year away from being able to handle the demand from their customers. Cameras lose connection and won’t reconnect rendering them useless. Yes they will still take pictures but the whole point of a cell cam is have those pictures sent to your phone. Unfortunately I have multiple cameras that have been paid for and are not performing. Can’t get an answer on how to fix them nor a response of there will be an account credit. I still have more cameras to add but am afraid that they will also not work. The lack of transparency on their end is really disappointing. On another note if you try sharing your cameras with another exodus user you will have access to everyones email that is using the app. That is something that is quite alarming that they don’t care enough about their users personal information that they allow access to email addresses to anyone on the app.

The app migration has been very good so far. I’ve had my own issues, but customer service has been right there for me. They have worked very hard to get this new app out. Please have patience with the Exodus crew. So far the app works great. Can’t wait to spend season testing it out some more. The Weather part of the app has been great hopefully in the future they will be able to add mapping to the app so I can mark my cameras on their app instead of a secondary app. Great job Exodus !!
