I have been a credit union member since I was 12 and have never banked anywhere else . Very few people remember where the first credit union was. It was in room in the Decatur Federal Bank Building in Decatur. Then it moved to a house in Clarkston and finally built the current building that actually moved down the road on Indian Creek. There was only one location and it was originally the DeKalb Teacher’s Credit Union. Alll my children had their first accounts at the Credit Union. This credit union has helped me through many financial storms. I have gotten car loans, personal loans, help with mortgages plus many many many other services and advice in investing and saving and of course my Christmas Club account.
Through the years there is nothing better than the service, knowledge,financial advice and smiles at my credit union. I would never bank anywhere else.

I had hoped that by connecting my Wells Fargo account to this online banking, I would be able to pay my GUCU car note directly from it but I’m unable to do that. I instead had to create an automatic, bi-weekly transfer to cover the amount necessary to make the payment. The bill is now on auto-pay, so I never think about it, but it would have been nice to have that auto-pay draft directly from my Wells Fargo account instead of having to add the extra step of the bi-weekly transfer.
Beyond that, the app is very efficient and easy to use. This is the only reason I won’t give it a full 5 stars.

The app is fine I just hate that their is two options to make your credit card payments one through loans and one that states visa platinum and another option if someone does not know the difference they can mistakenly raise their limit instead of making an actual credit card payment because the font is so big that you can’t see the whole option and it cuts the words off so your basically making a guess on where to transfer the right amount too ....other than that no problems ...try to adjust the font or either take away so many ways to transfer funds to credit card
