This of course is just my opinion, but ever since AS went EOS I’ve been looking for a new gacha game to play. I’ve played GI, HSR, WUWA etc. However, Alchemy Stars always remained my favorite for its unique (niche) gameplay, visually stunning characters, in depth stories and more.
Ash Echoes has all that for me and so much more that you truly never get bored. I’ve only been playing a week or so now and I can already predict this game will be a mainstay on my phone.
People who mainly play open world games this may not be for you, but I’d still give it a try to see if it’d surprise you in any way. It does take up a lot of storage so be aware of that. There’s a lot to this game so I can understand why, but for AS that was a turn off for a lot of people so if you really want to experience this game and have access to a PC I’d definitely play try it on there.
I hope Ash echoes last for a long time into the future because it’s truly amazing.

The attributes how this game was designed it really did not fail specially when it comes to that of the characters and their specifics of what they’re good at it helps with more open strategy for going through within the game and what regions and places that there encountering I like how challenging it is and how you have to really use What sort of thinking that you’re strategizing within those skills of what your characters are made of, specially the designs of the characters brings out the games specialiness. helpfully with challenges of understanding your characters powers what are there made of and what they’re good for and they really surprise you on the battlefield when they’re going ahead. It’s not easy but it’s alsoquite unique.

Ash Echoes is awesome. It's such a fun strategy game with plenty of male/ female characters to use and synergize with in a fight. I'm playing the PC (Steam) client since it runs way better. The devs clearly wanted to make a roguelike RTS that had tons of detail and pushed players to understand the mechanics so they can build a team that they like and let them perfect it at will. Obviously there is a meta but like, using Shu and every dude I have to blow enemies up and pull them to and fro feels so good.
8/10, 2 points removed because again I think this would do way better as an actual game and also while the 2D art is amazing, the 3D stuff leave much to be desired. I still 100% recommend this game to TD/ RTS/ Strategy enthusiasts.
