Solitaire: Card Classic

This Solitaire game is challenging, yet, enjoyable. It is good for the Big League training for all casino lovers. It does not let the player win easily. It is thumb up👍and above just 👌okay. Give it a try! You’ll love 🫶 it.

The latest update has ruined the game. The description in the app store says "no ads", but that's only if you buy the premium version. There are features you can get if you watch ads. I have an ad-blocking proxy (pihole), so features that require ads don't work. Normally, I don't care, as the basic game is all I need. However, and this is what kills it for me, I played 5 hands, got to level 2 on the third, and at the end of the fifth hand, the game just refuses to go further. All the foundations are complete, but it won't finish, I can't start a new hand, and basically almost all the controls are locked out. Force quit and restart doesn't do anything, it just brings back the same display. And furthermore, I don't like the new interface. The previous version had nice simple card faces, it was easy to read the cards. In this version, even the simplest card face is all fancied up, with some kind of artistic scrolled serif font. It is difficult for me to read the cards any more. I wish I had done the update on my iPad first, so I could discover these limitations and avoid updating on my phone, because my phone is where I've been playing it most. Now I can't play it at all on my phone, and I'm sorely disappointed about that. Since I can't get past the fifth hand, I just have to delete it. Used to be a great game, now it is just ruined. Please note that the developer's response below was in reference to my first review, where I said that I loved the game and suggested that somewhere there should be a page that describes how the various actions (play a card, turn the stack over, undo, etc.) affect the score. Of all the changes the developer made, this was not one of them. OK, new update - the game no longer hangs if it can't find its ad server. Really, the only thing I have against it now is I find all the available card faces hard to read. Please bring back the face set that the game had before the 2025 update.

Like this game because it keeps me concentrating on cards and I always liked card games. When I don’t have anything to do. I just pull out my phone and play.
