This app have been amazing since the first saw it at fitness expo! It does so many things no other apps do. It’s affordable and can do so much with it. It keeps me accountable and consistent everyday. My results have been so easy track with the app. It has helped me keep my clients consistent on their meals plans and macros as well. The UX is very easy to dive into and get your profile set up. The onboarding takes minutes to log your personal info including preferred meals and favorite meals, and personal stats with activity level. It syncs with the health app so tracking calories burned via fitness device should be seamless! Very excited to use this and start tracking meals again because it’s been years since i’ve used an app like this (last was Myfitnesspal). Tracking macros got tedious but with this logging meals will be a lot easier, especially since I generally eat the same meals through the weeks. Shout out to OG Jeff Seid for making something awesome!
