I’ve been wearing my ring for a while now, and I’m really happy with everything about it! One major bonus is that there is no monthly fee or subscription. The ring does a great job at tracking my sleep and daily activities. It’s super cute and dainty. The app is easy to use. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.
