Have to retype my log-in details every time I launch the app (hubby has the same problem too). Didn’t have this issue with the previous one. When I opened a support ticket, it dragged on with no resolution before it was simply closed. When I inquired again, it was suggested I could try another device (which doesn’t make sense - this is my only phone, and why do I have to use another device just to get the app to work? 😅). Turns out I may have to upgrade my iOS to the latest version, except I can’t upgrade it any further due to my older phone model. So I guess me and my husband will have to get new phones just to make it fully compatible with the app. 😕 It’s hard to see how this is an upgrade..and I liked the previous color scheme better too. Dull shades of brown don’t really suit a preschool app..
Just have to redo the review. Don’t think the app developers and doing any improvements even after a month. Same issue persisted, buggy interface, no notifications, errors all round. Feedback in app disappeared and cannot not found anywhere to follow up. Questionable
What major technical upgrades has been put in place which requires a new app (parent plus)? I don’t see any, other than the worse-than-ever color selection by your genius world class UX designer. The user experience is still terrible: notifications is slow, unable to load the content for half of the times, STILL UNABLE to view photos, STILL UNABLE to “Download all”. UNABLE to preview a photo. (Still can view it using os’s default viewers). “request failed with status 500” what is status 500? As a normal user I do not give a f if your status is 500 or 200. There are SO MANY problems at the back end side which you don’t want to fix and instead you launch this “new app”. Nothing new. Still lousy one. This is the worst app among all preschool apps in Singapore. MFS do better. PCF do better. Small private centers also do better.
