Garbage app and false advertising
They make you download the app to redeem the endless text messages. They send you with offers that most of the time are not even obtainable like four visits in the next 24 hours and spend at least $20 each time to get bonus stars. So today I went to redeem a I won’t get one free offer, which was finally worth it for once and I got there. They said you have to order on the app and on the app you could not add the offer to the checkout page. Don’t waste your time trying to buy anything from this place or downloading this app

Useless
Don’t bother downloading. It will accomplish nothing for you. You cannot order as it says all locations are closed. So now no one has access to their rewards points. This has been the case for a month now with no fix action. Pathetic stuff from Naz’s. I would be ashamed to have this app associated with my business.

Terrible!
I wasn’t able to order anything online using the iOS app with the old version. After downloading the new one, same issue, cannot order the food at all whatsoever. The message tells me; all locations are closed at this time. Please contact your local store for more information. I have reached out to my local store. They tell me they’ll let the bosses know, but nothing has been resolved so far. Terrible experience.
