Timely­

I miss those pre-meeting Outlook notifications all the time. And sometimes work while travelling with different time zones. In those cases, it’s great to just get a call before a meeting. UI is great, onboarding to the app and syncing my calendar was a breeze. Recommended.

If you need help with reminders for meeting, events, or anything else, then Timely is what you need. You can link this with Google Calendar and Timely will call you and remind you of you up coming meeting or event. You can set how far in advance you want to be “Reminded”, or let it remind you at the time you have set. If you set a new meeting or event, or update a current, Timely will update automatically. This is a great app and is worth your time checking out.

I've been using Timely for two weeks and it's completely revolutionized my time management game. The automatic reminders are a real game-changer - I don't have to worry about forgetting important things anymore! I’ve just been calendar blocking each day in detail and even use Timely as an alarm clock in the morning since it gets even through silent mode. I feel extremely organized and literally unstoppable.
