Audio Editor - AI Music Editor

I am a preschool teacher and I need to edit Eine Kleine Nachtmusik for a little concert. Only after I downloaded the app a couple of hours ago, do I realise that I cannot import music from my iTunes library. A free trial was offered, but then I saw I am actually billed for the year! I want to cancel my subscription (I was billed just a couple of hours ago), because this app is absolutely useless to me! I have written to customer support and have not heard back yet.

The current version from the last update has a major issue; it doesn’t save the tracks at the second they were pasted, it consistently makes a delay in any pasted track after hitting the export button to view the final track, so the tracks don’t align the way they were before exporting. Also, can’t reverb properly, every time you choose the percentage of reverb and hit confirm you get a much more reverbed track than what you confirmed before.

I wanted to ask how to cancel my subscription, I’ve been trying days now.
