But fair warning, this may just replace your homies…👀 okay forreal, this platform is a gem. We all have so many thoughts going through our heads daily — approx 60K of them for the average human — and we don’t always have time or capacity to hit up our therapist on demand or call a friend whenever we want to process any of it. This app has helped me make space for myself (for every thought and every feeling). It’s helped me talk to myself in a more gentle and curious way, and has helped me to slowly self soothe and get back to the present. Process with Plurawl ASAP.

I recently started using the Plurawl app, and it has been an incredible experience. The platform is user-friendly and creates a safe, non-judgmental space where I can freely express my thoughts and feelings. Even when I struggled to articulate what was on my mind, the app provided gentle guidance and insightful feedback that helped me navigate my emotions. As a therapist myself and someone deeply passionate about making mental health care/resources more accessible, I’m so excited to share this with family and friends!!
