We are testing the rootly on call solution this week. The app is similar to the Pager Duty iphone app in that you can have it alert you even in do-not-disturb mode.
In our testing we are able to get “paged” through the app and also we are able to acknowledge and resolve alerts in the app if needed without going to the web UI.
That is all I expected it to do right now and it worked. Hence my rating.

Really about this is really bad. The UI needs tons of work. Can’t get to what I need to get to in order to look up things.

When signing into the iPad app with SSO, it stays in the SSO browser window and does not pass the same token back to the navie app. This prevents login to the actual app.
