I’m 66 & have multiple health issues. I needed something designed for geriatrics. I try to keep active & need to build strength.
I love how there’s plenty of options to choose from, especially as I need seated workouts for now. I was able to select enough workouts to suit me & keep me engaged. I was able to get a workout that I could finish & feel productive. I’m currently working on Tai Chi & love it.

Took me a bit to figure out the live vs recoded classes. I like the option of watching a re order class before I commit to it. This allows me to know if it’s the right level of exercise for me.
I like that there is a lot of level abilities.
Still pushing the App and learning more each week.
Great to be able to do these classes in the comfort of your own home and schedule.

This is absolutely amazing!! The directions are clear and easy to follow, I feel like I am receiving personal attention which beats anything that I could ever receive from a gym. I also appreciate the variety of activities provided on this site.
