They have ruined this product. They have stripped all the benefits, increased prices, made points worthless, the system Doesn’t even work as promised, no one has a clue and it takes them 2 months to write back to you. Not worth it at all. Get a card at your local course.

There is no obvious way to record points for a round or use points for a round. I was a loyal Troon Rewards member for decades. I don’t know Access and the change from Rewards was done almost overnight. Neither members or the golf courses had lead time or clear explanation. They increased prices and reduced rewards. Whoever is in charge of brand loyalty seems to have missed the memo on the disastrous brand destruction at the likes of Bud Light, Gillette and Cracker Barrel. I hesitated to give this even a one star review because it is truly worth less.

The new app is very user friendly and makes booking tee times at most Troon courses a breeze. A must-have if you are in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area.
