App Profile: BEYOND MOTION NUTRITION

The BEYOND MOTION NUTRITION app was designed for BEYOND MOTION clients looking to take their personal health and wellbeing to the next level. It allows you to access your custom meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, as well as track your food & water intake. In addition to tracking your nutrition, the BEYOND MOTION NUTRITION app sinks with your watch to track your steps, workouts and your weight. Now you can have your Nutrition Coach, meal planner, food & workout diary, and grocery list with you at all times.

*You must have log in credentials from BEYOND MOTION in order to use this app. To link your step data, go to settings -> optional settings -> and enable apple health.
